(Decreto Legislativo) nr.152\/2006 y el Protocolo Estado-Regiones sobre el papel de los Consorcios de Recuperaci\u00f3n) que fijan la composici\u00f3n, funciones y responsabilidades de los tipos de organizaciones privadas\/p\u00fablicas que regulan la gesti\u00f3n del agua, la mejor pr\u00e1ctica objeto de este estudio de caso se remonta al a\u00f1o 2000. El Consorcio es miembro de un distrito m\u00e1s grande bajo la Autoridad de Cuenca Po y a veces hay obst\u00e1culos para encontrar soluciones comunes en caso de fuerte sequ\u00eda, como en el caso de la primavera\/verano de 2022. Los Ministerios implicados, como el de Agricultura y Soberan\u00eda Alimentaria y el de Medio Ambiente y Seguridad Energ\u00e9tica, est\u00e1n m\u00e1s centrados en las obligaciones a nivel europeo, como por ejemplo la aplicaci\u00f3n de la Directiva Marco del Agua, que en las soluciones a nivel organizativo y de infraestructuras.
